im also looking down the lines of std drilled airbox. mines from a x16xe as the c16 has the AFM bolted to the airbox.

i have ordered a k + n panel filter as i have heard from rally place. these r the best by a mile. not trying to start some silly arqument about this, just saying wot they told me... drill the box out and a cold air feed up from front of car... all airboxs are the same on corsa bs. well my 1.6 sport one and 1.2 8v are neway. think they r all the same..

the gsi airbox is different to the rest, the lid is different. has a bigger outlet on it, which is why it fits the c20xe better

Best filter for them is a normal Vaux one, in an air box. The only issue is getting a big enough airbox into the space you are left with. If you fit a V6 then you can fit a big airbox into the bay as they are narrower than a 2.0

Ya guys...

What about de-restricting it and Some air feeds...Should i get them ally one from halfraud for about £2 or the prober pipercross one for £25?

And as for the panel filter i can get cheap green Cotton or Pipercross which would it be...
As for the box its sell would the Xe run better and would it be in anyway restrictive..

mine runs fine on a k and n in a c16xe airbox

But you must have plenty of air in it originally i was using the original vaux airfeed when i modified the airbox for more air the difference was huge!
