Make sure you start using the mouse gestures Dom.
Really really good and you miss it in IE after using it for a bit.

hmmm i switched to opera after firefox for a while but went back to firefox, opera seemed to really lag all the time.

I've never had to install them?
Just start using them.
I've not got the latest beta though so it might be a problem with that.
