Does anyone know how to fix this

If you open the blog page in firefox for example, the background image doesnt go down the whole way.
Ive googled loads and tried all the suggestions but none seem to work.

Hmmm. It looks to me like its only filling the image to the bottom of the text?

Why not make the background image the background on the body and set it to repeat-y?
