When you buy something over the phone and give your card details (Switch for example)
what is to stop that particular shop from taking out more money then they are supposed to..or the same amount as many times as they want
I've got a bit of a dispute with someone and this info would just be nice to know

lol so you think its fine if a shop keeps chrarging you for numerous items, and there is no legal comeback?
If they charge you more than you agreed to then they are breaking terms of a contract.

btw im in no way an expert but im sure there is something that stops a shop taking what they want.
