My PC died, got a new hard drive fitted today. My brothers put windows on it for me & all the basic stuff

When Im on the internet & I scroll down it kind of jumps down instead of scrolling smoothly

I've checked to see if "Smooth scrolling" is enabled & it says it is

Any ideas anyone? Its been a long day & my thinking ability is pretty low at the moment

I've tried this in both IE & Firefox, its the same for both

Graphics card driver mate. Let me know if you ain't too sure about installing it.

If you dont have a CD with your graphics card then go to the manufacturers website and download the latest drivers
