Can some recommend a good MP3 ripper please.
One that gives good quality and wont crash my machine every 10mins.
Has to be free, and no registration for junk mail required.... if possible

Altho tbph if the MP3 player in question supports WMA, it is a much higher quality sound than that of an equal-bit coded MP3...

Fee i have a plugin for windows media player , you can encode upto 360kbps.

I use Windows Media Player as well and I always encode at 192kbps, didnt realise you needed a plugin though, it just worked straight out of the box?

yeah later ones do , but youcan get an extended plugin and do a little more with them.
