Its IE 7. Using BT braodband.

Some pages will only half load, some dont load and show the 'Cannot be found' white page. Signed into MSN messanger and thats working fine, just the internet is slow.

Any Ideas?

try firefox and see if pages load fine, then you might know if it is IE or your connection.

Still nothing, says 'windows virtual memory is low' whats that mean? what can I change?

Means your computer is full of junk and you need to treat it better...

Uninstall all the crap you have accumulated from the web and close all the programs you have running in the background.

Reset modem / router.

Or open Network Connection and click "Repair"

Usually works for me
