is been gay, i wana backup my phones stuff to my pc

evertime i try back up, it stops at 45%

anytime i try copy my messages to the pc, it starts the little window saying 'phone and computer been updated' but then it just gets an error saying 'operation couldnt be completed

anyone any ideas? iv re-installed it...still no luck
