Also what injectors? Will the standard ones be up to the job? Been told C20XE injectors are best?

Try to get hold of a Weber one for a 2wd sierra cosworth, or a SARD one, like a few people are using. FSEs are shit.

just bought some beige C20xe ones and some tb's 
Megasquirt and a manifold and i can start fitting

I prefer the blue xe injectors. with shorter tract inlets they help with fuel atomisation as they have a better spray pattern.
