Its going onto plasterboard.
Got some brackets from b&q as the ones with the mirror were pissy little things that i dont think will support the weight.
No holes in back of mirrors.

you need plasterboard fixings then mate. there are loads of different kinds available. can you post pics of the brackets you got?

i prefer using this kind of fixing when screwing into plasterboard. they are very strong.

We fitted mine with 4 brass brackets screwed into the mirror itself on the back, then into the wall itself with heavy duty wall plugs and screws from B&Q
Then all you need is a spirit level, tape measure etc

i have a mirror around 6ft by 6ft secured into plasterboard with brackets in the plasterboard then a screw through the mirror into the bracket
