i bought a cage off dave a and to fit it into my car i need to weld in the rear seat upright mounts from a gsi which he supplied with the cage. i will need to remove my rear mounts tho so whats the best way to do this? are they just spot welded on?

sorry bud i'v been ill for a few days. what you need is a spot weld cutter thats what i used
