was looking in demontweeks catalogue ad they have a sparco 3 point harness but on the back of the belt where it would bolt down if there was no rear seats it looks like a seatbelt catch. can you clip these into the rear seatbelt stalk? would be handy so that could use harness for track days and easely change back to normal seatbelts for normal driving. anyone know about these?

does it just say 'clip in' or are you acually seeing a pic?
Clip In normallt just refers to the using an eye-bolt to clip the harness into. The eye-bolts just screw into the seatbelt mounting points

was in the catalogue mate but i'l have a look to see if i can find them on website. how easy are harnesses to remove after track days then just bolt in and out jobs are they?

17mm socket.... easy peasy
you'll prob have to plate one for the inside strap though. You can buy them (plates with nuts for the 17mm seatbelt bolts) demon tweeks too

2" 3pt harnesses are for fannies 
get 3" 6 pt.....
