Nearly 200k is a lot of money for a semi with one toilet. Altough what I said is irrelevant because I don't have a clue what the house is worth where it is.

Was offered £183k.
Sea Views, was valued at 200k 
Only declined the offer because it was actually valued at 200.

Just the one at the moment. Its a nice area tbh.
I personally couldnt say what its worth, but Its have gone 8K under what it was valued at because a quick sale was needed, just hasnt happened.

6 months? thats a very long time. Houses round here sell within a week or so. When our previous house was for sale it sold within 2 days. Wasnt as if it was cheap either.
