the client is a mortgage company. Of course the client has made it worst over time with he's countless amends but that comes with the job.

would you say its functional and not annoying?

Made from flash and needs far too many clicks to get anywhere.

Looks nice but would click off it straight away unless I was specifically looking for something from that company.

Looks verrrrrrry nice, i like it alot.

Functional? Well yes, to an experienced internet browser, but for a corporate business that deals with an older audience, id say its a little too modern.

looks bloody good, though cant really read the white on yellow text though.

Apart from that think it works well, although i agree with what dave says though

mortages websites can be a very competitive market.. and using a flash site there is no way they will have a chance of having a decent search engine rank.

yeah thats true. Hopfully over time people will get more use to these types of sites
