these websites that charge to get your bank charges back are a con, you can do it yourself, just write a letter saying you want them back lol

If you've just been charged, ring up and lodge an official complaint, which will start things off.
Tell them you think there bank charges are inapproperiate, and do not reflect the the amounts you have gone overdrawn etc, you've had advice and been told you should purusue for your money back.

yeah i had to sign something similar, im wondering if that really hold up though, as regardless of what you sign, if they continue to charge, they are still illegal non the less, you signing a form cant give them right to carry on illegal stuff

Mum and Dad are doing this with Lloyds TSB, they had to pay the £10 for the statements though, but it's worth it when you get all your charges back.
Also, since they have been on the case they have had a situation where a charge would normally have been made against them, they simply got a letter from the bank saying that the bank had paid the money but will NOT be charging them this time... They are learning

as what they charge you is more than their admin cost when you go overdrawn, etc. etc. So this makes it a penalty charge which is illegal.

are they still even charging people for going over drawn past the limit?
im not in a situation where this happens now.
Seems a bit bit pointless if they know they gonna have to give it back anyway

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.
