anyone got any ideas what could be causing my car to idle a bit rough sounds like intermitent misfire. its fine when you rev it just on idle . its also really crap when you first start it , feels like it struggling to rev and it can sometimes backfire.
like i said theres no prob when ya driving just on idle. its a 1.6 sport and recently changed the plugs as well

its done it ever since ive had the car and has had 2 sets of sparkplugs in it. its got good compression in all cylinders.

the engine light doesnt come on and the revs are stable. i noticed aswell that when i first start it from cold and i rev it it does a lot of popping out the exhaust. once its warm its ok exept for the slight misfire. rang masterfit and they want 60 pounds +vat+labour to do a diagnostic check. will check it at weekend but need to no what to check, so will start with egr and icv
