also how easy is it to remove the clocks and swap the bulbs over ?

if you pull the knob out and look at the opposite end to the white mark. On the end of the raised section theres a hollow section with a catch inside. Use a screw driver to release the catch and the know will come off

Also, I used to find the clocks a little difficult to get out as the steering wheel makes it difficult to get the trim out

if you mean the mfd at the top its quite tricky i did it last night. Have a look in tutorials
