New banister and al wood both sides of staircase replaced.
banister is white spindles with darker hard wood rails...Modifying how it fits too so will look spot on

All doors and woodwork in hall replaced so once staircase is done can get it all finished....

also new kitchen / dining room floor, changing the ceramic tiles to slate tile effect wood

will be about £900 all in

june 17th and 18th

How much was it to do your banister and spindles?

Marc i do alot myself but wanted all the doors/woodwork/banister in the house done by a joiner so they are perfect, i done them all in my old house and they were ok but not 100% if you know what i mean..so wanted it all spot on this time...

Once this is done that is EVERY door/piece of woodwork replaced with new stuff

90% of everything else in the house has been done by me.... don't mind DIY.

Banister is

Remove old one. Fit new wood down left hand side
fit new wood on outside of staircase.
Take checks out the wall so banister runs right to top and then along and not stoop at roof angle then start again on landing, as it is the now...

Banister is all white spindles with hardwood top and bottom rails...

Kitchen floor, is undelay and slate/tile effect wood..

will be about £800-£900

Never knew that Brian joiner we get used to work beside Karen and he is a sound bloke.
