lol you think one person saying there friend got banned proves anything, like i said i really cant see them banning a console for a fake live account, if i get banned ill eat my hat .
PS: i knew it breached terms ect, i never said it didnt lol.

I'm wondering...
those being banned who do not have a modded console, going from the country-specific bannings (ie, UK owner doing US reg, etc)
What if there looking at the IP country of origin, and checking it against the Live ID which is signing in...
If thats the case, AOL users are truly fucked as the geolocation for all AOL user IP's ALWAYS comes up as US, so if your a UK-registered Live subscriber accessing via AOL, then M$ will be thinking... UK account... US IP???? BANNNNNNN

i generally find the usa accounts useless, i downloaded some content (movie) and its in 29 FPS the xbox console is pal so will output at 25 fps and you get slight jerking in the framerate, so i havent bothered since lol

yeah will just be dropping the frames but not in a very efficient way... Proper NTSC-PAL convertors can 'blend' frames to make it more seamless...

nah its more a hardware/software device, studio level sorta thing...
If a TV supports NTSC it will output at 29fps, but it will be the xbox being set to pal which is causing the frame drops.
Can you not set it to NTSC?
