i recorded a DVM tape to DVD via a DVD recorder (borrowed off my mate) but i forgot to finalise the DVD. can i do it from my pc?

Got a DVD recorder on pc but not sure what programs i can do it through

Copy the DVD content back to your HD and then reauthor the DVD and finalise as normal.
