when you first load up click the box that has your gamertag/profile in it, took me bloody ages to find it lol

Ok my bad. Just tested it, and here's how to turn it off.

Doesn't matter where you are on the dashboard, but scroll to your Gamertag at the top of the screen and then press A. Right at the bottom there's an option for Auto-Sign in, and you can disable it from there.
