Yeah just sell it to him , he gives you £xxx amount then you call your host and change ownership to him and his host.

i can do it manually thru my settings too right?
got some instructions on the email.
thing is my other sites the folders are within the pinktigra folder, id have to relink everything right?
also its one of my 3 url's in my business package, could i add another url to replace it which i alredy have.

depending on who your hosting is with depends on how much a pain in the arse it is to transfer it
If you have linked everything correctly (ie: to webpage1.htm and not pinktigra.co.uk/webpage1.htm) then you should be ok - if not, then you'll have to relink everything again - try duplicating the folder and seeing if it works first
not sure on last question
