If you had a domain name and a web site, how would you go about putting it up for sale, and what are the logistics of transferring everything over to the new owner?

Also, what would happen with regards to the hosting?

But how do you transfer the details of the domain name and hosting to the other person?

Domain name you need to update the registrant details for owner and IPS tag for controlling ISP, either through the ISP or Nominet can do this for about 40 quid.

Hosting either just change the details on it or have the new person buy new hosting and you cancel yours.

Out of interest what site and how much, and did you see if there were any better offers before sealing the deal?
