Just moved into a new house but how do I find out my landline number? Can I simply call BT and enquire or is there something else I can do...
I haven't got any of the old bills due it being under the last tenants name .etc and a websearch for the address brings up the last tenants name and two numbers, but one when I google it shows also a shop in the area and the other has nothing

Phone your mobile from the landline and see what number comes up?

ring BT, they should be able to tell you. UNless the old owner got it transferred to his new home (think you can do that if its in the area?)

ring the other numbers and see who answers.
If one goes dead then you know its more than likely your number. If they both ring through then are live numbers and its probably neither.
