Im after getting my drive block paved its approx 6m square does anyone know roughly what to expect to pay? Anyone else hasd there drive done? how much did yours cost

we did ours own, loads of builders merchants to sort you out, wil only take you a week.

between 2k - 2.5k dependent on what u go for
any reason why u want it paved as it can sink etc

Just get a excavator a large skip, hardcare, large wacker plate, blocks, cut off saw & sand & get stuck in

It should cost about£2000+ depending on your builder. It wont sink if you have the correct substrate (about 6 inches of type one) and it is wacked dow properly.
I had Drivesett tegula from marshalls, looks awesome .

Got quoted £2800 for a friend or a friend, doin it cash in hand :O he said it was £1600 alone for all the bits, blocks, sand, hiring the tools, skip ect. Think thats a bit steep! Might have a go myself

£2000-£2500 they only sink if the pikeyes only put 75-100m type one down. should be 120mm of compacted type one then 50-70mm of sharp sand. lay blocks, (60mm blocks are better) then compact them all with a wacker plate and paving sand for a proper job.

WHole front garden monoblocked
wall built on 3 sides and gates at front
monoblock steps upto house.
Cost me £2500
but i had quotes from 2k-7k for the same job....I'll see if i have a pic still...
