I phoned up middle of October, to upgrade my phone. When I rang, I specifically told them that I didn't want an 18 month contract and was offered a 12 month contract.
Anyway, been checking my bill today. They've put me on a bloody 18 month contract the lying, swindling bastards and because i've used the phone, they won't let me go to a 12 month one.
GRRRRR.

Sorry Robbo, forgot to contact you.
They've given me an email address that I need to put a complaint into.
I'm more annoyed at the fact that even when I checked with them the second time about the upgrade, they didn't mention it then about the 18 month contact.
They also said that because the invoice stated "by using this phone you are agreeing to an 18 month contract", I haven't got a leg to stand on.
