Just thought I'd post some pictures of my new place, which I hoping to move into in the new year, cant wait.
It'd s duplex apartment in a Grade II Listed Mill in Morpeth in Northumberland developed by our family business.

Cheers mate, I knew I wanted it from the offset but have only recently been able to put the funds together to buy it. Going to have no life for a couple of years but it'll be worth it in the long run.
I'll try and dig out some pictures of the site in which it's set, really stunning place.

You posted pics of a Mill you did in the past (think it was just one residence though) which looked amazing.
How many units are in this one?

It's actually the same Mill as I posted previously which was converted into 7 No. 2 & 3 bed units. This is the last of the 2 bed units, however this unit also has the advantage of a private decked area over the original running mill race and and a private garden
