Anyone know of any software for this? Don't need it particularly full of features. Time lapse would be nice but not essential.

can you play it in media player, if so turn off video acceleration in the media player options, down to none, and use print screen on a pause

Update - Found one called Topaz Moment which appears to be doing the trick.
