Download Serv-U then get who ever it is to connect to you as a FTP, etc

its not the space it must have a filesize limit, think its like 100mb or something, im never going to need that, this was just a one off situation.

apart from the the hosting is fast etc so its good enough for me atm,

next step will be a dedicated server anyway
