what sort of cost am i going to be looking at to get my passenger side engine mount replaced? i've got a pretty bad knocking noise when accelerating or braking and i've checked all other possibilitys.

1994 corsa sri 1.4 8v btw

any help appreciated!

personally I'd toto the scrap yard and get another for a tenner and put that on.

Yeah, just unbolt and stick a new one in iirc. Trolly jack under the sump to hold the engine up will help.

ALso i'd remove the wheel on that side so you can access it a bit easier.

false economy fitting 2nd hand mounts, especially when they are only £12 each new from most autofactors.
