My Mrs has an Advent 7113 Lappy and wants Bluetooth.I suggested a Dongle thing but she isnt keen.So.......

On the side of the comp is an Express slot(guessing this isnt a cardbus type one as it seems too thin.Any ideas on what i can get (with links please )to enable b/tooth using the express slot?

Bluetooth

I think something like this is what you need but is very expensive.

You will be much better off getting a USB one off ebay for about £6

An express card will stick out a bit anyway, buy a 5 quid usb dongle and tell her to shut up.

Other option is check if the manufacturer makes an internal one.

Dell's for instance it's normally quite easy to add a bluetooth module and they are about 15 quid off ebay.

HP/Compaq 6720s has built in Bluetooth and is £300 from ebuyer.

It also has a LightScribe CD/DVD writer and SD/MMC slot, as well as a PCMCIA slot.

I'd buy one of them.

She aint gettin a new laptop unless she buys it herself!!!i am however willing to get her a £3 ebay bluetooth usb thing and tell her to shut up!!
