Get a sandwich plate for your oil filter.
Or
You can take off one of the oil plugs near the oil filter to fit the sender.

same here, got my gauges sitting here waiting to be fit but i need to buy the sandwich plate and the adapter to go in the coolant hose as well lol

Im talking about a LET but Im sure the corsa ones are the same, there are blanking plugs on the oil pump and I went to the scrap yard and took one off a scrapper, drilled a hole in the middle and tapped it myself. that worked fine so theres another option
