just bought a de-cat,and got a catback system,and wanted to buy an exhaust manifold to go with it, just wondering on people opinions on the best manifold to go for in terms of price and performance sound etc....i dont want to spend too much on it soo i would but a second hand one ,,ive haerd of pro-tec 4-1's going for 150......any thoughts people???

Dave A found pretty much no difference between the protech and the janspeed.
Power/torque wise.
