cant access messages, says operation failed, im on o2, will they give me a replacement or will they have to send it away?

ill lose all the apps and stuff like that, did it with my old phone and lost even default stuff

It's why you back it up to PC Suite first.
Master reset, then firmware update, then restore from back up.

Master reset only cured mine for a couple of weeks and then it happened again. I tried doing a firmware update too but it said I already had the latest version!

In the end I sent it back to O2 and they sent me out a new one, this one has been ok so far!

Lad in work just had a new replacement sent out for this. The master reset and firmware update or resinstall did not work.

last time i gave it to o2 they had it for 2 weeks on my old phone, i doubt they will give me a replacement

se have firnmware issues with k850i, v640i, w910i and w960i, the resets work for a few weeks or so then break again normally

How long have you had the phone? Is it insured? My second k850i broke within a month so O2 replaced it next day with a new handset.

The shutter on the camera on mine went open. Will be going back to O2 this week
