My 12 months of 1/2 price line rental is about to expire after they tried to rip me off with my last upgrade. Seen plenty of good deals around so want to see what o2 can do for me with my CS discount too

Use the information you've got. Say you've seen far better deals about, and wish to see what they can do to persuade you to stay.

just do what i did
make up a good deal, pretty much what you want, and call them and say youve been into a vodafone store in town and thats what they offered you
just basically lie like fuck and see what you can squeeze out of them

o2 couldn't match my deal so I've left them.
Got a free LG Viewty on Vodaphone, 12 month contract, £40 a month, 500mins, 500 txts, 8 months free

i just upgraded with o2. told them i had seen one on voda for 500 mins and 500 texts, free N82. the did me 600 mins, 1000 texts and unlimited free land line calls with a free n82 for 30 a month
