hi ive got a sport 1.4 so i think it has a f15 gearbox i may b rong but want to know how much power will it take as planing to drop a 1.6 in once rebuilt and moded i hope will be runing 12o bhp will it take it?

Not 100% if it would or not, may depend how it would be driven with that kinda power going through but i would deffinetly recommend uprating the clutch at least if adding that kinda extra power or it may go wrong on you.

oh yeah i would change the clutch to something like a black dimond one what bout adding a different diff? like a ATB diff that LMF sell?

That should deffinatly be safe for approx an extra 20% i think, best ask Dave A on here, he'll sort you out im sure

That gearbox will handle a 1.6 with no problems at all, I would use the clutch for the 1.6 engine though just to be on the safe side

Dave A has an F13 CR on his thats at 201 bhp.
So if your fitting minor mods, don't worry about it. I'm upto 125 bhp and nowhere near the box's limit.
