just watching i robot and noticed how the car in it looks remarkably like an R8

wonder if they used an early prototype model of an r8 for the film?

At the time it was apparently a prototype for a future model, but they never released any name for it. I read that in the paper before the film come out, so i maybe wrong

Its a modded TT

IIRC Audi used a modded TT as the basis for the R8... Ashlkey will no doubt confirm
