i bought these off here without tires. will it be ok when ballenced out to fit on the car?

it will be from where the tyre has been put on by some monkeys. shouldnt be a problem if balanced correctly

Or it could have been from a pot hole at speed etc, as long as its not too bad you shouldnt have a problem.

U can hardly see it but its between the 2 blue lines lol im pretty sure it will be fine. should i use it as one of the rears though?

Carn't really see it in the pics so it carn't be that bad, id just put it on the back for peace of mind

because bike rims are easy to flat spot, because in downhilling at least the tyres are run at really low pressures!
