I fancy a new machine. Mine is 4years old and itunes skips when it plays my songs! Been told i need more ram.
Ibasically use it as my itunes/stereo i allready have a wireless mouse/keyboard and a decent monitor. As well as dolby 5.1 surround sound.
So all i need is the box.
Iuse the pc for internet, image storage and editing (non professional) video and basic word/excel shit.
I need it to last a very long time so want it to be super duper quick (lots of ram?) Built in bluetooth and errr lots of storage for my cd collectioon (200+ cds)
Im not a pc geek and dont know much about the terminology, my house is on a LAN that my rents use to run their office from so a company will build it for me i just need to specify what it is i need/want
Any help appreciated

Whos going to be building it?
Personally I would go for an Intel quad core processor, 4GB of good Ram, a samsung 750gb HDD. Then a suitable mobo that fits your needs and all the rest.

TBH...dont.
Might be a decent CPU but the memory, MoBo and PSU will be shocking.

If it was decent stuff they'd name it as would only encourage sales. But seems it just says stuff like 'Mainboard with LAN' you know it'll be crap.
