Hi, wot is the best primer to use for a fibre glass spoiler?

well i used plastic primer on my saxo spoiler an 1 year on its as mint as it was when it was painted, best let a bodyshop use a 2pac

Plastic primer.

However, if u've used filler on it, use plastic filler primer.

i would use plastic primer but ive seen painters use normal high build primer and no complaints

get a bodyshop to do it it will look wank otherwise

using what pressure?
what gun?
what type of paint?

all these and more contribute to either a good finish or a gay finish.

my dads got all the stuff and he's sprayed loads of cars.

So i think ill be alright!

if your using a spray gun then id say use 2pac filler primer on it mate it will fill any imperfections in the fibreglass. you can get it from any paint supllier.

its not plastic is it though so not really you want something that will cover imperfecrions in it

sorry i read that post wrong, use normal high biuld 2 pac primer. only use plastic primer on plastic. can use it on f/glass but high builds a far better option
