I got one yesterday callled everest.
Besides all the monitoring it can perform stress tests on the CPU, Memory and HDDs when you've over clocked it.

For Stability Testing I Use:
Prime95
Memtest x86
And For Temperature Monitoring:
CoreTemp 0.99
RivaTuner / nTune(part of the Nvidia control panel)

What Mike2k111 said. I've been using this software mentions for quite a long time now.
May I also add 3D Mark for video card stress testing.
