what can be done tuning wise? are theese engines quite hardy, can they take abit of abuse?
was thinking air filter with feed, bigger cooler and adjust the boost?
the engine is in my mk3 astra van, was thinking about making it inti abit of a rally slag!! lol

front mount intercooler, up the boost up the fuel input and it will fly, derestrict the airbox drill it panel filter, de cat (if u like to leave in a cloud of smoke lol) should move pretty good for a diesel imo

there is a fuel mixture screw im not sure if its on the diesel pump in the engine bay or if its on the inlet side of it, take a look at this, and total vauxhall did a tuning guide for the trusty td a few months back
