ive got a lil problem with my gsi engine just put everyfin back together as head gasket went.
for starters what hose goes to this:

also the car gets pretty warm after 10mins with thermostat removed as is faulty and then starts to idle about 1500rpm.

if its idleing at 1500rpm then will probs be either idle air control stepper motor, or the idle air control valve itself maybe.

nobody know what hose goes to this bit on the throttle body?

Its a coolant hose, you should have two of them, a flow and return, one pipe comes from round the back of the engine and connects to the tb and the other pipe goes from the tb to the header tank.

u sure? i fort it was for a vaccum of some sort
