all depending on how much you want to spend and stuff and how much power gain he wants and really any of the company are good but i was on the phone to vsport and they helped me out with advice

On that spec you dont need metal headgasket/oil cooler/bigger injectors/performance clutch.
Remaps are about £400.

has already got full exhuast, janspeed manifold, piper cams (canrt remember what degree)
so they will be getting used. plus the head will be getting port and polished
