i posted a thread about my 1.0 12v sounding a little rough not long back, ive had the clutch and release bearing change earlier today and its taken most of the noise away and drives alot better which is great..
but theres still a light rattle coming from the engine bay, could it be the timing belt? is there anychance you can tighten this or has it got to be replaced?
any ideas on what it could be?

Doesn't have a timing belt, it has a chain. Its likely to be this causing the rattle.

mmm i've seen alot of corsa C's like this not so much corsa B's, it's always the chain anyway even though they are supposed to last a long long time.

Chains are just as common on Corsa B's as they are on C's, mainly because they are very similar engines.
It will be the chain causing a rattle/diesel like noise. Quite costly to be replaced where ever you go
