£25 from Kwik Fit. 'Local' privately owned garages are sometimes as cheap as half that price though, so look around.

Tracking makes the car go left or right when the steering wheel is straight, so probably not that.

The shuddering could either be wheel balance or warped discs.

If the steering wheel shakes at high speed, it's most likely the balancing. If it doesn't, then it'll be warped discs.

Warped discs can be caused by prolonged heavy braking, if you do a lot of that.

Ok so it sounds like the balancing then. If i took it down a private garage how much should i expect to pay?

I had my balancing done and it cost about £12.

Depends how many wheel weights you need really. I would say you don't need to pay more than £20.

my old corsa b had same problem turned out to be warped tyre would you believe!!! tyre had been lying around for a while though

thinking about it, it does shake at about 75mph... then when i brake it will be twice as worse... so maybe both wheel balancing and warped discs?

problem after problem for me.
