ive got a pair of the rear disc conversion plates.
do i have to cut anything of the car to fit these or do i weld them onto the originals?

you cut the originals off and weld the new ones on and drill the holes through

no a clue i never managed to get mine right. if you get the full kit from lmf it comes with new cable guides to weld on
