Some do some dont. Think it was an extra 
Dont even know if mine has it, x16xe, got everything else

when i brought it the guy said it had abs :S But had the car for about 4 months now and in the wet it just looks up

Switch your ignition on, if an ABS light comes on you have it. If not then it won't have, unless the bulb has been removed or something sneaky.
