I'm looking for a bit of help with regard's id'ing a corsa gearbox.
There's no stamp on it saying F15, F16etc
Just got the numbers as follows:-
90400197 0081226 P62813.
All i can find is that 90400197 stands for a 1l gearbox for a 2000-2007.
But the car it came out of was apparantly a 1.6 16v Corsa Sport!!

It'll be an F15 gearbox. For some reason some of them are not stamped.

Sounds about right, but i'm just not convinced that the car is a sport either.
It has no air-con but a sunroof?
Is there any internet sites that i can check the vin number to tell me what the car is?

Sports came with a sunroof as standard, air-con was an option which replaced the sunroof, unless the 1st owner opted for both, which is rare.
