Single player is good, Horde is both fun and addictive.
Multiplayer is the worse pile of crap, you have to wait 10mins to get into a fucking game and then you jump all over the place. it even worse than the first one

I very rarely got lag in the the first one. This one however, I have lag in every single match unless I'm host. The bullet lag is ridiculous, no wonder I struggle to get a single kill.
I'm very close to selling it coz I've just had enuff.

the first one was laggy, this one is suppose to be server based so should get rid of that problem

Dont like the multiplayer at all, too easy to get kills with chainsaw and as you say the lag pretty much fucks your chances of shooting anybody.

MP is very frustrating at times but when it works it works well.
just hope that they release a patch to sort out the current issues they have .i.e chainsaw, lag etc

mine works fine, no probs what so ever, no lag etc, and thats running live through the laptop aswel

Was only laggy for me when someone from Europe was in the room. Always fine playing with Americans etc.
Don't matter who I'm playing with in Gears 2, unless I'm host I have lag.

Mine was perfect online the day I got it and the few days after.. then there was a space of a week or 2 when I couldn't go online because I downloaded the new dash the naughty way, but now I've come back it's gone to pot, quite a bit of lag bar one horde session yesterday

I have just been playing in a party... must have played 8-10 back-to-back games with no interruption and having to wait only 10-15 seconds between games to find a team
now thats how it should work

Well, I don't think the update did anything tbh.
Hasn't fixed the shottie bullet lag or normal lag and not finding matches any quicker than before neither.

iv never had a problem with lag on it. not got into mp properly tho, (just played horde several times)
single player is fun but somewhat repertive at the moment for me. i think i need to play it alittle more before slagging it off more

EPIC released a statement saying todays update only fixed the length of time it takes to get into a game.
Still taking a few mins for me most of the time.
Nice fix EPIC!

All I want them to fix is the shottie lag and the fact that the chainsaw is a bitch to beat. I couldn't care less about anything else, I just want my shottie back.
EDIT : I just chainsawed the host so he quit the match and gave me bad feedback and put it under Trash Talking even though I don't use my mic when I play this game 
I'm now 50% avoided
